The 𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐁𝐁𝐱𝟐 = MAKES YOUR BIKE GREAT AGAIN!
Riding with the stock PAS (Pedal Asist Sensor) is not a great experience, because you can easily fake pedalling and the controller will push the max power to accelerate the bike. This is both not a very good riding experience as well as it makes the battery drain faster as there is more power wasted when may not necessarily be needed to be pushed to the max e.g. downhill or flat.
The 𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐁𝐁𝐱𝟐 fixes that behaviour by giving your legs STEROIDS power while at the same time letting you control the power as needed. The harder you push the more power you squeeze from the controller/motor.
This means, when you ride downhill and non need all that max power, you will also save on battery/range by only pushing the power proportionally to your leg's push.
This is an excellent riding experience as well as letting you work out by yourself irrelevant of the power of the motor. The motor will never be too powerful like with the PAS sensor. And that 'extra push' experience from riding with the PAS sensor when you stop pedalling and the bike still pushes forward is just not there any longer!
The harder you push the pedals, the more power you squeeze from the controller, and the lesser you do, the less power it will produce accordingly.
The torque sensor riding is way much smoother than before and you always feel like you are in control. Instead of the "fast moped" experience, it truly feels like a normal bicycle with superhuman powers once again!
